Registration
Enrollment in any training program constitutes a binding agreement between the trainee and the TRENDS Training Institute upon successful completion of the payment process.
Trainees are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisite requirements for the selected training course, where applicable, before completing their registration.
1. Payment and Installment Policy
- A training seat will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the first installment through the Institute’s approved payment or financing partners.
- Where payment by installments is selected, the trainee shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the financing company contracted by the Institute, including payment schedules and any applicable late payment charges.
2. Attendance and Certificates
- To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, trainees must attend at least 80% of the approved training hours.
- Trainees arriving more than 30 minutes late may be recorded as absent for that training session at the trainer’s discretion.
- Certificates will be issued using the participant’s name exactly as provided in the registration form.
3. Refund Policy
- Early Cancellation: A full refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start of the course. Only the payment gateway processing fees will be deducted.
- Late Cancellation: Fifty percent (50%) of the course fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is submitted between three (3) and six (6) days before the course commencement date.
- Non-Refundable Cases: No refund shall be provided for cancellation requests submitted less than forty-eight (48) hours before the course begins or after the training program has commenced.
- Course Deferral: A trainee may request to transfer the paid course fees to another training program on one occasion only, provided that the Institute is notified at least five (5) working days before the scheduled course date.
4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
- All training materials, manuals, videos, presentations, and research distributed during the training program are the exclusive intellectual property of the TRENDS Training Institute and its affiliated experts.
- Audio or video recording of training sessions, or reproduction, distribution, or publication of any training materials, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any violation.
5. Changes by the Institute
The Institute reserves the right to change the trainer or reschedule a training program in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. In such cases, trainees will be notified sufficiently in advance and will be offered suitable alternative arrangements or a full refund, as applicable.
