The trainee’s registration in any training program, or their signature on the enrollment form, or their continued attendance of training activities, shall be deemed as an explicit and final acknowledgment that they have reviewed all approved training policies, regulations, and procedures of the institute, fully understood their content, and unconditionally agreed to comply with and abide by all their provisions and instructions, including any subsequent amendments or updates thereto.
The trainee further acknowledges full responsibility for any violation of such policies or regulations during the training period, and for all resulting organizational or administrative measures that may be taken by the instiute in accordance with its approved rules and regulations.
