- Intellectual Property: Research papers, training materials, educational content, and other intellectual assets deposited through the Creativity Protection Platform.

Your information is used for the following purposes:
- Issuing training certificates and internationally recognized credentials.
- Facilitating payment processing and installment arrangements through the Institute’s contracted financing providers.
- Customizing training pathways to meet your professional development needs.
- Sending updates relating to TRENDS Flashes and exclusive Institute events and activities.

6. User Rights
Trainees and experts have the right to:
- Access and correct their personal information at any time through their platform account.
- Request deletion of their personal data upon the termination of the contractual relationship, subject to applicable legal and regulatory record-retention requirements.
- Withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications.
7. Information Security
The Institute implements advanced technical and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data. Our systems are regularly reviewed and updated to address emerging cybersecurity risks.
8. Data Retention

9. Trainee Responsibility Regarding Malicious Files and Viruses
Trainees shall not upload, transmit, or attach any files or electronic content containing viruses, malware, malicious code, or any other software or tools that may disrupt the Institute’s systems or compromise its platforms, data, or other users.
Any trainee who violates this provision shall bear full responsibility for all direct and indirect damages suffered by the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to take all appropriate legal action and seek compensation for any losses, damages, or costs arising from such conduct, including, but not limited to, the costs of system restoration, cybersecurity protection, and technical support.
