Experts Selection and Accreditation Framework
Based on this vision, experts and consultants are evaluated and accredited according to the following criteria.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Holding an advanced academic qualification (PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree), an internationally recognized professional fellowship, or advanced specialized certifications in the targeted training fields.
Participation and Representation at Local and International Forums
An established record of active participation as a keynote speaker, session chair, panel member, or contributor in conferences, forums, and specialized seminars at both local and international levels.
Knowledge Production and Training Content Development
The ability to prepare scientific research and specialized studies published in peer-reviewed journals, and to develop and update comprehensive training programs and consulting guides per the latest scientific standards.
Alignment with Institutional Values

Digital Readiness and Innovation

- Review the applicant’s professional profile and assess its alignment with the Institute’s approved training and consulting tracks.
- Conduct a strategic interview — a professional introductory meeting to exchange perspectives and explore opportunities for collaboration in training and/or consulting.
