2.Nature of the Training and Financial Obligations
2.1 Academic Nature of the Training
Practical or field training is an educational and professional development program designed to enhance practical skills and bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application. Participation in such training does not, in itself, create an employment relationship, employment contract, or entitlement to employment rights or benefits between the trainee and the Institute or between the trainee and the host organization, unless otherwise agreed under a separate written agreement and in accordance with the applicable laws.
2.2 Financial Obligations
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable program agreement or specific program terms, the Institute shall not be obligated to provide salaries, stipends, allowances, compensation, transportation, accommodation, living expenses, health insurance, or any other financial benefits.
2.3 No Entitlement to Employment or Financial Claims
Successful completion of practical or field training shall not entitle the trainee to employment, appointment, financial compensation, back pay, or any other monetary claim against either the Institute or the host organization.
3. Legal Responsibilities and Disclaimer of Liability
3.1 Personal Responsibility
The trainee shall bear full legal responsibility for all actions, conduct, statements, and written communications during the training period and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and instructions of both the Institute and the host organization.
The Institute shall not be liable for any violations or personal misconduct committed by the trainee outside the scope of the Institute’s legal responsibilities.
3.2 Accidents and Injuries
The Institute shall exercise reasonable care in providing a suitable training environment. However, it shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, medical conditions, or the loss or damage of personal property sustained by the trainee during the training period or while travelling to or from the training venue where such incidents fall outside the Institute’s responsibility or result from the actions or negligence of the trainee or third parties, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The trainee is responsible for obtaining any health or insurance coverage required for participation in the training program.
4. Protection of Assets and Property
4.1 Protection of Property
The trainee shall exercise due care in protecting all assets, facilities, laboratories, systems, equipment, and property belonging to the Institute or the host organization and shall bear the cost of repairing or replacing any damage proven to have resulted from negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with instructions.
4.2 Cybersecurity
The trainee shall comply with all cybersecurity and information technology policies of the Institute and the host organization and shall not introduce, upload, install, operate, or distribute any software, files, electronic media, or digital content that may expose systems, networks, databases, or devices to security or technical risks.
The trainee shall bear full legal and financial responsibility for any damage resulting from a breach of this obligation.

The trainee shall maintain the confidentiality of all information, documents, records, reports, unpublished research, and data accessed during the training period. Such information shall not be copied, photographed, reproduced, distributed, disclosed, or shared with any unauthorized person without the prior written approval of the Institute or the competent authority.
This confidentiality obligation shall continue after completion of the training program. Any breach shall be subject to the applicable legal and disciplinary procedures under relevant legislation.
5.2 Protection of Institutional Reputation
The trainee shall not issue media statements or publish any content relating to the Institute, the host organization, or their partners without prior official authorization.
