Zeinah Abdelsalam
Zeinah Abdelsalam is an energy, technology, and trade policy associate at Aquia Group and a policy scholar focused on the intersection of energy, critical infrastructure, and international affairs. She is completing an M.S. in Foreign Service at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she concentrates in Science and Technology in International Affairs with a focus on Energy and the Global Environment.
Her work examines how emerging technologies, critical commodity supply chains, and grid modernization are reshaping global power dynamics, economic development, and twenty-first-century diplomacy. She has a particular regional focus on the Mediterranean, Middle East, Africa, and other emerging economies, where issues of energy security, infrastructure investment, and strategic competition increasingly shape development trajectories and regional influence.
Drawing on experience in policy analysis, research, and strategic communications, Zeinah has worked across domestic and international energy policy, regulatory affairs, and congressional engagement on emerging technologies. Her work brings a multidisciplinary perspective to questions of energy security, economic development, and geopolitical strategy.
