TRENDS Training Institute Welcomes Second Cohort of Johns Hopkins Master’s Students for Strategic Studies Program

The initiative is part of the strategic partnership between TRENDS Research & Advisory and the university, aimed at enhancing academic and knowledge-based cooperation.  TRENDS Training Institute has welcomed the second cohort of master’s students from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) to participate in a specialized training program focused on research and strategic studies. This initiative is part of the strategic partnership between TRENDS Training Institute and the university, aimed at enhancing academic and knowledge-based cooperation and exchanging research expertise.  The program aligns with TRENDS’ ongoing efforts to build bridges of cooperation with prestigious international academic institutions. It seeks to equip students and researchers with advanced skills in scientific research and strategic analysis, while introducing them to the latest methodologies and tools used in preparing studies and foresight.  The program features a series of training workshops and interactive sessions supervised by elite researchers and experts from TRENDS. Participants will explore the mechanisms of qualitative and quantitative research, strategic analysis methodologies, and global trend-tracking and analysis tools, and gain insights into TRENDS’ experience in knowledge production and decision-making support.  Reem Al Kendi, Director of TRENDS Training Institute, emphasized that welcoming the second cohort of Johns Hopkins University students reflects the success of the strategic partnership between the two institutions and embodies mutual trust in the institute’s training programs.  “We are proud to host a distinguished group of graduate students from one of the world’s most prestigious universities,” Al Kendi said. “Through this program, we aim to provide them with practical experience and applied knowledge that enhances their research capabilities and enables them to address contemporary international issues with a rigorous scientific methodology.
