Keny Mvoulabolo

Keny Mvoulabolo is a graduate in Mediterranean and African Politics from the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez, Morocco. His academic work focuses on international relations, geopolitics, contemporary conflicts, and the strategic implications of emerging technologies in global affairs. His research interests include artificial intelligence, digital technologies, cybersecurity, and their impact on international security, military transformation, and global power competition. He is the author of research published by TRENDS Research & Advisory on digital technologies and gender-based violence in humanitarian contexts. His current research explores the growing role of private technology companies in contemporary armed conflicts, the strategic competition surrounding critical digital infrastructures and technologies, and the geopolitical importance of critical minerals in the digital era. He is particularly interested in examining how technological innovation is reshaping international security, state sovereignty, and the balance of power. Keny Mvoulabolo is currently preparing a PhD research project on the geopolitical and security implications in the twenty-first century.
